This is a decent hand mixer. This would be great for anyone with arthritis or a beginner, my kids use it when helping me and it's great for them with minimal splashes. I haven't used it to roll out dough and to be honest I've only used it 2 or 3 times but here are my pros and cons. Advantages. - It is light and easy to handle. Bowl - It beats frosting and eggs fairly well - It's fairly quiet - It has a good handy countertop storage base that all of its parts fit in too The beaters make it difficult to reach the bottom of the bowl (make sure that you use a shallower dish) - the power cord is non-swivel and not very long. Good, handy blender that is always at hand. To be honest, I used it instead of the Kitchenaid hand mixer, but I wouldn't trade it for my Cuisinart hand mixer. As I said before, this would be great for people with arthritis or for beginners. Good luck, hope this helps. Take care! Stay healthy! And God bless!
