Started to crumble after 2 uses. I contacted the seller who told me to take a picture of it and he would send a replacement. I sent photos, he apologized for the problem but instead of sending a replacement he told me to place a new order which he would credit. It seemed a little strange to me, so I didn't do it. Before the breakup, I really liked the product. Note that it didn't even come into contact with food when I wrapped the cookies in layers of parchment paper. After each of the 2 uses I rinsed it out just in case.
