Great little sharpener!
I have to admit this sharpener far exceeded my expectations, not only does it sharpen kitchen knives very well it also sharpens scissors like new! I am pleased that this is a multifunctional sharpener for knives (except serrated) and scissors. My advice when sharpening scissors is to always insert and slide them with the big ear of the handle down and the smaller ear of the handle up. Back and forth without too much pressure, practice a little with this sharpener and you'll be happy too!
- FAST AND EASY TO USE. Place the knife sharpener on a flat surface, grasp the handle of the sharpener with one hand, insert a dull knife vertically into the hand sharpener, select the appropriate slot for the sharpening card, and then gently pull the knife. 3-6 times in one direction (Note: you need to pull the knife in one direction, not back and forth). Once sharpened, your knives will run as smooth and light as new.
