These really helped!

I got these to see if they would help my plantar fasciitis. I was very pleased with the results. After wearing these for about a week there was almost no pain! Now I wear them mainly when I’m doing more walking than usual, which seems to be enough to prevent the pain I wear them withquality sneakers with excellent support.

I bought these because my vans give me blisters the first few months i wear them. I just went on an HOUR long walk in brand new vans: no blisters. highly recommendone tip tho: wear them under your socks or they might slip in your shoes. that''s what happened to me, may be different for others
