Ok back up in my review

The flanges are interspersed being round. I do believe the membrane is rubbery and I’m not getting as much suction. The fit to my other flanges is also not great. I bought this to gain additional pump parts but I’m not thrilled.

They work fantastic with medela pump

Cons

May cause milk leakage or spills due to compatibility issues
