It arrived broken. The replacement is defective and broken.
Cons: The glass is quite thick but it arrived completely broken. The second had a frayed bodice. So I switched tops. Slightly scratched. Pros: Gorgeous! The crystals are real. You can replace any crystal you have or want very easily. It's mostly aesthetics. Crystals are not in the water. The replacement came on time. However, it is cheaply made and the whole thing is really very expensive. This mug should cost between $10 and $15.
