I like how easy it makes sharing documents with clients, as well having other employees use your computer while you're away from work! Also love being able change my desktop background without logging off of our system so long (which was frustrating), but not sure if this could be done through another software or browser? Maybe just wish there were more colors for backgrounds too :). This helps save time when we have an employee who works remotely because they don't need their own login credentials anymore allowing them easier connection via VPN/SSH etc.. I like the ability to manage user profiles from one central location. The product has been easy for our users to adopt, which has helped us achieve greater success in terms of security and compliance. It would be nice if some of the UI/UX was more modernized. Our team uses this tool to manage user profiles and access to apps. This allows us to have a single place to manage permissions for our apps. We are able to quickly identify who needs what level of access and who does not need any access.
