This device is well built, physically handsome and smooth as butter. The software/drivers for it are just terrible. Stay away! The device goes to sleep after a few minutes and wakes up after a few seconds. It doesn't seem like a big deal, but it is. You have no idea if it works or not. The watch face only works with some programs. For example, it didn't control Skype audio, which is one of the main reasons I bought this thing. To find a workaround, I went to the wheel interface and added Skype as an application. I added some custom features for Skype to test it. Couldn't get it to work so I reset everything. Unfortunately, the app-based customization link has disappeared from the Wheel interface. However, I knew it was still there because when I focused on Skype, it showed up in the dialer interface. There doesn't seem to be a way to completely reset the device. I am very disappointed in this. I'm a techie (managing a fleet of PCs/servers/macs) and just can't get it to work. There are no support docs and online support is minimal. it seems everyone else has dropped the case too.
