I took the plunge and got these as my first pair of lifters and I have to say I never thought they would make such a difference. They are durable and comfortable for lifters. Not designed for long-term wear and not exactly what you'd want to be walking around in, but they're rock solid. I've just started using them and they've definitely improved my game. My shoes are 11.5 inches (this is the wrong size. Boots are 10.5, actual size measured) and these 11.5 fit perfectly. Everything from Merrell, NOBULL, Rebock, Nike, etc. has 11.5.
