Simply the best lip balm in the world!
I've tried every lip balm available in the US and Europe - only this one has healed my aching lips that were chapped in winter and left them smooth, healthy and moisturized during the colder months. It's expensive, but worth it, and a little enough for a very long trip, ie one tube lasts me all winter.
