Review on Arm & Hammer Deluxe 2-in-1 Litter Scoop: A Complete Solution with 12 Waste Bags and Varying Colors by Barb Gordon

I really wanted to like this product. I liked the ability to stow packages right in the handle. However, there is one key flaw not to love: the bottom edge of the bucket curves up slightly, so when I scoop out the litter box, the corners scratch the bottom of the bowl and the center is all over. Section skips the pan. This makes it impossible to effectively scrape anything stuck to the bottom surface of the litter box. Maybe my kits dig more than the average cat and urinate as close to the bottom of the litter box as possible, but I've found that I have to regularly scrape dirt off the bottom of the litter box and this shovel is useless for the task. . The only workaround would be to use the corners of the spatula to scrape off the dirt, but this is painfully ineffective. I still give it 3 stars because the bags are nice (and smell good!) and the construction feels solid. Unfortunately, I'm still on the hunt for the perfect scoop.
