Review on EBags Mother Weekender Convertible Backpack: Versatile Casual Daypacks with Added Style by Tina Harris

2 week trip to Europe was a success

I used to travel to different countries for 2 weeks but I was really looking for a bag that opens like a luggage instead of a traditional backpack. That's exactly what it did! I used two packing cubes and a laundry bag in this bag and am amazed at how much I was able to fit in. I had no problem getting it through security or on a plane in the US, Germany, Austria or Croatia. The quality is excellent; The stitch lines are solid and converge, the zippers slide smoothly, the strap synch parts are just the right length, and it even kept all my stuff dry in light rain. I really liked the many different compartments on the outside for quick access to items. My only complaint is that I weighed around 22-23 pounds in this pack and felt very uncomfortable on my shoulders without the hip straps. For quick walks between flights/hotels/taxi the weight was ok. Only on longer journeys, e.g. B. Waiting 1.5 hours to go through customs and security, my shoulders started to contradict. Definitely recommend.
