Cooked yakitori with these skewers and when I tried to remove chicken, pork or beef they stuck to the skewer most of the time Another problem: the food spins! They're flat, but not so wide that if I didn't stuff the skewer firmly, the meat wouldn't twist, which would result in some of the meat undercooking on the inside and the outside getting too hot to handle it to make dry! Buy wider and flatter skewers to prevent bad cooking!
