I see all the rave reviews and wonder if I received defective skewers. We normally use wooden/bamboo skewers, but for environmental reasons we have switched to metal skewers. We've only used them twice. I know stainless steel shouldn't rust (although it can), but my skewers seem to rust. Maybe we should dry our hands?
