*Updated* I want to update this review, after calling tech support I was able to get a very caring CS rep. They referred me to a second level agent who asked me for documents and pictures to show everything I said after I made them replace my product. Acer showed me once again why I buy their products. Customer care at the highest level. I was disappointed with the logistic center representative who didn't seem to understand the products and I felt unheard. After speaking to the support team, ACER is just great. Thanks. I bought this fall 2018, less than 12 months after receiving the monitor I started having artifacts on my screen, the monitor had to keep heating up every time as per the attached photos before I could use it. December 2019 I contacted Acer product support, they were not very helpful and asked me to send it to them. At first I decided not to do this as it was tedious and I needed a monitor. Fast forward to February 22nd. I paid $85 for shipping, they said it was damaged when I received it and they wanted me to pay $249 to fix it, and yet it's on sale for $289 now. I paid $450 for it. I don't understand what happened to the representative who got my monitor and called me, very unprofessional. I will never buy an Acer monitor again.
