I bought this product for my daughter who is a stylist and she loves it. It moved easily thanks to its wide base, had the ability to adjust its height, and seemed very solid. However, after only a month of light use, the best try came off the stand. Upon further inspection, it was not secured with any significant clamps etc. It was simply welded to the medal stand in two places. I'm surprised the tray was able to hold the weight at all and I don't understand how they intended to use the holders on one side of the tray. If there had been extra weight from a hair dryer, curling iron, etc., the tray would likely have fallen off the stand beforehand.
