I have to say I can't stand the taste BUT. It has what I need to make a When I first ordered it I mixed it with water in one of those blender bottles The texture was really grainy and honestly I gulped it down I wasn't a fan of vanilla but less of a chocolate or fake strawberry flavor lover so did I didn't want to try any other flavors. Instead, I bought a small, inexpensive personal blender. I now use unsweetened almond milk and add 3 strawberries and sometimes 8 blueberries. I use fresh fruit that hasn't been sweetened. The blender made the texture fantastic and added some fresh fruit (I also freeze my strawberries to extend the fruit's shelf life ern) I look forward to drinking my breakfast because I don't feel high protein I'm hungry for minutes or even hours. So far I really like this PR product. I just had to find a few tricks that wouldn't add too much fat, calories, and carbs to my food. Hope this will be helpful for someone. :)
