Two years after purchase, this fan is still working like the day I got it! I read other reviews mentioning a "clicking" sound developing shortly after purchase, as well as failing motors. I have had ZERO issues so far. Shipped quickly, and assembly was fairly straightforward.I use it daily for roughly 12-16 hours, including while I sleep. On the lowest mode, it is very quiet, but still audible. If you leave your TV on while going to bed, you won't hear the fan at all. At higher speeds, the volume does get fairly high, however for the amount of air being circulated, it's to be expected.Oddly, the remote saves the last REMOTE setting, not the last FAN setting; i.e. If you used the remote to set the speed to 2 and turn on oscillation, but use the buttons on the fan itself to switch off oscillation & set the speed to 1, the remote will not update that on its display and will set the speed back to 2 & turn oscillation back on automatically with the next button press. It's confusing at first, but a nonissue once you know what's happening.With the shear number of reviewers who have received faulty units, I felt compelled to let potential buyers know there are fully functioning units out there. After two years of heavy daily use, I would 100% recommend this product, and plan on purchasing another one for my office soon.
