I used to eat fast food every day. stopped eating fast food. The cold brown rice/broccoli/chicken gets boring very quickly, that was great, my food is so hot I have to let it out of the bag for a while before it's cool enough to eat. I use two bento box containers that you can find at Walmart that fit perfectly, I start my day around 7:30 a.m. and eat the first time around 11:00 a.m. and then another time around 3:00 p.m. that Heating pad is on the bottom so you should pull food out while sitting on the pad as the top one won't be as warm but when it hits the bottom it will be hot by the time you are ready for your second meal . It would be nice if there were double heating pads, one at the bottom and one in between, but it doesn't really matter much. So now this product has my 5 star rating, the real test is durability and only time will tell but so far I am very satisfied. If only I'd found this 12 years ago, when I was still in my prime and just starting my career in pest control, I might still be in good shape, but well, I'm already on my way back.
