Elite fabric, good quality around the perimeter. Not enough slots for seat belts.

fabric is soft enough to sit on but feels strong, straps are sewn/attached firmly to the fabric so they are less likely to tear (hooray!), rubberized lining and anti-slip nubs although I'm not sure about that; good buckle covers and buckles on the straps holding it around the headrests. *But* I can't give it 5 stars because it doesn't have slots or clips for seat belts, so the edges fold in when you pull the belt out. I really couldn't take it so I have to send it back. Otherwise it is better quality than my old one. . I don't need the hammock function, that was a bummer. It just lies on the floor and cannot be removed.
