Review on Braun 32B Cutter Replacement Compatible by Danielle Davis

This replacement part was definitely not up to the standards of the original foil head that came with my shaver! I am very dissatisfied with this part as I pre-purchased it with the expectation that I would ever need it. It happened last week and I was like, okay, I have a backup. I shaved with it once and found it doesn't cut as sharply as my head due to the white center part which has been used very well. When I took it out and examined it, it fell apart in my hand, the white stripe popped right out and one of the other strips popped out! Now I can't put it back together (I've tried) and I can't use my favorite Braun razor until this happens! Today I found that even though I've only used it once, I can't even return it! I would like a response from Revain or Braun as I am a dissatisfied customer! Many Thanks.
