I'm new to the world of pasta making and figured a pasta rack would save me countless hours of tearing apart sticky pieces of pasta. I read all the reviews and chose this one. So far very satisfied. I wish it had more hands to hold pasta as I make a huge batch at a time but can't fit them in there. Otherwise, I like everything about this shelf. I like that it's natural beech (although I can't tell if it's been treated or not. I hope not but I suspect so. Anyone know?). I love that I can fold it up and store it, love how easy it is to set up every time I take it out of the box, and love that it's strong enough to never fall off. All in all this is a very good product. especially for the price.
