IMPORTANT POINTS: 1. Too roomy for a long-legged small dog; 2. Dog seats do not fit the human body closely enough; 3. The lace does not adequately cover the "pocket" portion of the stretcher. SIZE INFO: We ordered a smaller size, green. My dog is a 4-5 pound poodle mix with flea parts: strong body and long skinny legs. We have another way of doing this, which is more like a stretch-legged baby carrier. We introduced him to this when he broke his front leg many years ago and he loves this way of carrying it as it fits snugly to the person's body and relieves stress on the front foot which is a bit arthritic after the break. We will return to this legless model. The shoulder straps on this other model are also thicker and softer, and the plastic buckles are much larger. We also carry him around in a modified tote bag from time to time and he also likes this mode of transport. This stretcher came from Revane with someone else's dog hair. They were rough/tough - my dog is a poodle mix with a soft, curly coat. If this media is to be sold as NEW it is important that Revain apply at least one lint roller to the product prior to shipment.
