Make sure you choose the right door for your fridge - the left and right doors are different depending on the make/model of our fridge. (We made a mistake at first but sent it back unused and received the correct one). It was very easy to install - just slide it in at the right height. If he doesn't just walk in and you're in line, you're probably wrong! This Samsung fridge is not durable. So many boxes broke and it's not that old! But this one is comparable to what Samsung sent us when the first shelf broke (during the warranty period). And it's a lot cheaper than buying from Samsung! I really can't tell which shelf came from which source - it seems to be the same!
