Overpriced but it worked and only one problem.
Have a 1080p TV with horrible upscaling compared to 720p (10-15% reduction in upscaling) and use it to stuff a 720p PS3 signal into a 1080p container, and it worked, no more cropping. I bought mine cheap (about $32) so it wasn't overpriced for me. The only problem I have is very light color streaks. Which is hardly noticeable unless you compare them with each other. Also when I used this with my PS3 there was no noticeable input lag so it works for me.
