Received WITHOUT SCREWS and previously used

I bought this to replace an existing latch. When it arrived the box (not the Revain box but the box with the latch) looked old and like it had been through hell. The plate looked used, there were scratches on the metal where the lock was previously sharpened. There were no instructions and most importantly IT COMES WITH NO REAL SCREWS! I ended up making a Frankenstein with our old bolt to make it work. Not ideal considering I wanted to replace the whole thing. I didn't have to pay full price for an item that was missing the most important thing.
