Excellent customer service
It took me a few weeks to actually try it. It came with good quality adapters for everything except my cordless phone which has a 2.5mm jack. An email to customer support indicated a suitable adapter - free of charge. Now that I've used it, I can brag about its sound quality. I had to turn down the volume on the phone when talking on the headset. Now I can walk around the house and participate in lengthy conference calls. It doesn't have a mute button, but my phone does, so it's not a problem. I needed!
