Daylight LED. Once I get my first light of day, there's no turning back. Warm "white" or yellowish light seems too weak. I connected them to HD's Lutron LED dimmer and there is no buzz, no flicker, no issues. As some reviewers have pointed out, the metal portion of the mount is long enough that it takes a little time to hook up. I had an LED with a longer bracket that was easier to hook into. The problem was that the flashlight itself was a cheap Chinese made one that broke, flickered and buzzed in less than a year so I needed a replacement. I've had these headlights for about 3 months, so in the short term so far so good. As long as it lasts as long as a regular LED I won't have to worry about it for years to come. They are very light, which is what I wanted. As soon as my other cheap Chinese die, I will replace them with these immediately.
