Excellent service from Car Alarm. They responded quickly, programmed the module and it arrived ready to use. I installed it this afternoon and it works as expected. One note, during installation he only had instructions on how to connect wires. I installed on Ram 08 automatically. There was no mention of plugging in the black plug, holding the button, then plugging in the remaining plugs, then turning the key to start, then turning the key to turn off, then hitting the lock. I searched a bit and found the answer on YouTube. Worked like a charm after doing these steps.
