Easy to install but impossible to set up once installed - Torn item - Disappointed!

I installed the part according to the instructions, after installation I tried to adjust it, the shaft from the pusher cracked. I will say that the installation was very easy judging by the reviews, unfortunately they don't provide instructions to uninstall/configure after installation. I tried removing "reverse" from the installation direction and as stated the stem is cracked where it enters the lever handle. So. If you get it right the first time, you're good, BUT if you need to make small adjustments, be careful. Maybe buy two just in case. Sorry for the disappointment, otherwise I really liked everything about the pen.
