Best Incident manager available: ARCOS Incident Manager

This software is very user friendly to all levels of user. Easy to use for non -computer savvy users as well as seasoned IT professionals. Very customizable which can be challenging at times if you are not familiar with creating reports or customising templates. There is more support than I think it deserves. There are multiple companies that offer similar services so I would recommend considering other options but at least take time to get familiar with Arcos first before making your final decision. Our goal was to have a central system we could access from home or on the road while in service. We have been able to easily share task assignments and documents among our staff. The best feature I like about this software is its capability to manage incident of any size of any nature. It has everything you need for the management of incident. The interface could have been more user friendly but it's not a big deal. So far so good, nothing to dislike. I would recommend this to anyone who deals with incidents of any size of any nature. I am solving my problem of managing incident.
