ARCOS Incident Manager Review

Incidents are managed in real time by an admin who can see all the details of each incident right from his/her screen without having to go through multiple screens to get that information. I have not found anything yet which is disappointing about this softwares features as it has been very simple for me to use so far. I like how we can set up our incident with all of its steps to complete it in one place. It's also easy for users who are not familiar or comfortable using computers when dealing with an emergency situation. A little difficult at times trying to figure out what step is next but if you know your way around this software then there shouldn't be any problems solving them! We have had no issues so far. This software is very user friendly to all levels of user. Easy to use for non -computer savvy users as well as seasoned IT professionals. Very customizable which can be challenging at times if you are not familiar with creating reports or customising templates. There is more support than I think it deserves. There are multiple companies that offer similar services so I would recommend considering other options but at least take time to get familiar with Arcos first before making your final…
