Review on ARCOS Incident Manager by Erick Hernandez

Incidents are managed in real time by an admin who can see all the details of each incident right from his/her screen without having to go through multiple screens to get that information. I have not found anything yet which is disappointing about this softwares features as it has been very simple for me to use so far. Maybe some minor bugs here or there but I think those will be fixed soon enough with more updates. Its great software especially if you have large number of employees working remotely. It makes sure that every employee knows whats going on across various locations even when they are away on work trips.
