Installed this afternoon with a new fill valve and new tank to bowl kit (we had a 2-3 second "ghost flush" about every 20 minutes). Tested when finished: rinses well and doesn't leak. After a few hours I checked: dry. Checked again after a few hours: dry. Check before bed: the water is wet and slowly dripping from the tank into the bowl seal. The new green seal was literally drenched in sweat. Read a few reviews that said the gray rubber gasket on the new block was the culprit and reuse the old black gasket. I drained everything, disassembled everything, hand-tightened the plastic nut with all my strength, and then 3/4 more turn as directed in the instructions. When I reinstalled the bowl I noticed that the gray gasket had formed an oblong shape around the valve body. I removed the bowl again, disassembled everything again, then repositioned the valve body and held it in place by finger tightening the plastic nut while watching the gasket expand. I slowly tightened the plastic nut with a wrench, watching the gasket expand and stopping at an extra 1/2 turn as that was the maximum possible with an even distribution. The next day I collected and periodically checked, there are no leaks. I'm pretty sure my version of hand tightening wasn't enough the first time, but I'm not sure if the uneven distribution of the gasket could also have caused the leaks. It looks like I evenly spaced the gasket and tightened the nut 1/2 turn after handwork "really" worked. I would recommend keeping an eye on the gasket when tightening. I ordered another one to replace our other toilet as no one stocked it locally. Also, this device and the additional ones I ordered do not have a blue seal, they are opaque.
