Review on ProposalSmartz by Kirk Womack

The ease of use is what I like best about this program! It's simple to edit your documents once you've created them but it also has an extensive library of templates that are easy to find as well. It could be easier for new users to get started with their first document because there isn't much guidance or step-by-step instructions when you create a template from scratch. There was no way to export my document without having to import another one. This limits how many times I can have access to a single file at any given time so if something goes wrong (like losing power) then I lose all changes made since last save. If someone wants to write a proposal quickly they will love this product. We used to spend hours writing our proposals before using these programs. Now we're able to knock out several proposals per week by simply editing existing ones rather than starting over every time.
