Great System For Sending Emergency Alerts
The best part about this system is that it can be used by any agency within a community to send out emergency alerts to residents/citizens. It also comes with an app which makes it easy for people to receive these alerts on their phones. I do not have anything to dislike about this product. It has saved my department countless hours of work when it came to sending out notifications to the public in the event of an emergency. We are able to use this product to send out alerts to citizens in real time as well as being able to archive them so they are available for future reference. This allows us to send out alerts to our citizens quickly and efficiently.

- Can deliver messages via SMS, email or phone calls.
- Ability To schedule multiple reminders at once during different times throughout day
- Sends automated alert emails if no one responds from those receiving message (as compared other services)
Cons
- Not everyone uses smartphone devices
- Costly
