The touchscreen works great with the phone in, but I can't turn on my Pixel 3XL when it's in the case. The fingerprint sensor is on the back of my phone, and the power button on the side is difficult to push through the case. But once it's on (and staying on, for example when using navigation) it works great. In all other circumstances, this is a much more secure mount than any that attaches to the handlebars. Update after several long rides: I deducted 1 star because of paint damage. The weight of the bag rests mainly on the 2 connection points of the straps. There should be a softer, more protective material. Of course, the paint on any strap will fade if dirt gets underneath, but I was surprised that this happened so quickly on my new $5,000 mountain bike.
