I was sold faulty RANCHO shock absorbers.

RANCHO rear shock absorbers purchased for my truck turned out to be defective. The shock absorbers were purchased on October 11, 2018. When my truck goes over a speed bump, its rear end bounces violently. The back of the truck bounces 3-4 times before stabilizing. The front of the truck bounces up once and then stabilizes. The mechanic told me that the rear shock absorbers were defective.
