So glad I have them for home use

I don't know about you, but I don't like using expensive paper towels. This makes me feel wasteful. It happens so often that I have to clean up small spills on the floor and siphons in the kitchen sink where things like coffee grounds and other small debris accumulate. I can even tear them in half in a straight line if I don't need the whole sheet. (You have to tear on the right side or it will tear very unevenly and not evenly.) I heard about this option from a person who uses rollers, but there are no perforations and - again - dispensers are not only expensive, but I have no place to install it conveniently. I'm too neat to live with the ragged fractions I'd get with buns, so these squares work great for me. I have about three store-bought rolls of paper towels in the garage, but now I have these (which I open individually to store in a shoebox that I keep in the kitchen). I think I have a lifetime supply of BOTH varieties.! EXTRA BONUS: I happen to have an empty Birkenstock shoe box. (The way the lid works is very different from any other shoebox I've ever owned.) I placed a stack of towels in the side of the box - they fit perfectly - and when I pulled one out it automatically left me with the start of the next. to pull. This is a free dispenser. How cool is that?!
