A direct replacement for my Dodge 99 4x4 diesel automatic car. It sits behind the starter and is held in place by a clip that I had to unscrew with a flat head. I got lucky and my old one slipped out easily, heard if you break it there you'll hate yourself for a few hours. Disconnect the starter motor, three 10mm hex head screws, ground wire and power wire. A screw holds. It's easy, the main thing is not to drop the starter. The truck was smoking, but at the same time the camshaft sensor was working. The smoke has gone but has only driven a mile so far.
