Perfect! I wanted something to comfortably hold my iPad in a case and leave room for my wallet, cosmetic bag, etc. It fits perfectly. I managed to slip the iPad into the front pocket to separate it from other stuff in my bag. That was my problem with my other bag. Everything fitted, but when I tried to put the iPad down, small things kept ending up on the bottom of my bag, so I had to reach in and move things around to get the iPad to fit properly. There are no problems with the bag, I like it very much.
