This is a pretty reasonable size if you have a more infrequent shipping schedule. big like other delivery backpacks you see on UberEats or DoorDash Biker Deals. It works for me as I deliver part time for sports and mostly Chinese food and fast food which is pretty easy to get around. It also has two drink coasters, although they may need either a piece of cardboard to reinforce them or stretch them out first as the straps are tight and will easily crush a drink from a fountain. The same goes for the bag itself. It has all the necessary insulation but no rigid structure. I don't think this will be a problem unless you're carrying some really weird stuff around, but perhaps save the Revain shipping box it came in and cut it open for impromptu assistance . In general, you get what you pay for. because it goes without saying. It's cheap, it'll save you from a cold food ban, and it'll probably be a long time before you buy something better. 4/5
