Manufacturing defect

First of all, I haven't worn this backpack while riding, although I think it's great after filling it up and fastening it. - Manufacturing defect: one of the shoulder straps was placed on the wrong side of the hip belt. Very poor quality control. If it wasn't for the design and the fun to drive I would have sent it back, the Osprey has a much better quality feel. Aside from returning it, the only way to fix this was to cut off the velcro mount and thread the buckle the opposite way. I tried to fold over the buckle with the velcro attached for over an hour, gave up and grabbed some cutters. - Areas for improvement: 1) The top compartment should be covered with a softer material to protect the phone's screen. 2) The inner pocket that holds the tool pack needed to be higher to fully accommodate the tool pack. I think it allows too much movement. In summary, due to quality control issues, it was really damaged. It should never have left the factory in this condition. I wonder how many other packages are sent in this condition. I'm curious to see how it behaves on the track.
