In my picture the OEM is on the right and the new product is on the left. The teeth are significantly inferior to the novelty. I'm giving 3 stars because I don't know how long the new one will last. The OEM lever has 228,000 miles. Just take a look. Also, the OEM clamp is much stronger. I used the stock clip instead of the new one. For the installation I used needle nose pliers on the old clip. I put the lever lightly on the spine, then put the clip on. I had to put some pressure on the clip and when I put it in the clip it snapped into place. I felt like it could have been more difficult, but I think I got lucky on the first try. much luck. Great for my 2008 Chevy Tahoe LT.
