This purchased phone has an outstanding debt and my carrier is recommending that I pay the balance or purchase another phone. This phone appears to be LOCKED and the seller refuses to pay the return postage. It is absolutely not my fault that I have to return this iPhone. The seller should take FULL RESPONSIBILITY for a bad iPhone inspection or resale process.
