The picture quality is great! You have to download the app to use it & if you follow the directions it’s easy . Works on Wi-Fi .The first time I used it I was able to remove a huge piece of earwax from my ear . I thought there was something in it & with this device it was easy to visualize.Great product & very reasonably priced . Saved me a trip to a Dr !
