Great for a 2019 Honda Rebel 300. There are no instructions. You need to remove the mirror and the bar that the mirror is screwed into. Attach the bracket and screw the eyelet, then put the mirror back into the eyelet. Pretty easy once I figure out the order in which to do it. I had some extra parts that are not needed for this bike. short brackets, two nuts, bolts and washers. Rings to go on either side of the screws.
