First of all I have had 3 different robot vacuums in the past and they all had very small bins and the battery life was very poor. The 360 has a nice big bin and works well with the remote control. My big problem is that it doesn't sync with the app on my phone. I went to their website to look for a solution and looked for extra mopping pads, a rehab kit (to replace the brush and filters) and a spare battery. I've found in the past that it's best to get these items early, before the company discontinues the product and then you don't have what you need anymore. Guess guys, nothing was listed for the C50 model even though they had these items for other models. My next step was to try to contact their support team via the email address listed on their website. I have sent them my email 2 times in 2 weeks and still have not received any response from them, not even an automatic one. This tells me I can't take advantage of all the great features they advertise, which is one of the reasons I bought this item. Keep in mind that this will only sync to your phone if your phone uses 2.4G and not 5G. I'm still looking for a workaround, but I'm not holding my breath. Obviously their customer service is non-existent! Now we come to the nozzle for mopping. It's great for touching up small areas, but don't plan on using it for a basic deep cleaning as it pulls out most of the water in the first few strokes and after that doesn't hold enough moisture to clean thoroughly. My 3 stars are mainly based on the lack of customer service!
