I was very satisfied with the purchase of the product. Hoping something works. I first installed it on the body of my Otter Commuter. The adhesive film does not stick to the outside. It slipped and the phone/case fell to the floor. Second, I removed the case and applied the adhesive sheet to the hard plastic case cover. He's very used to it. BUT when I put the case back on the phone and placed it on the magnetic vent, the case held for a bit but eventually fell off the floor although there was no movement. Not even the blow fell, and the body itself did not fall to the ground. A metal disc attached to the inside of the housing now interferes with the radio changer. Wireless charging is not possible. I've tried this on three chargers and it doesn't work. NOW I not only have a useless phone holder, I can't even charge it wirelessly. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO REMOVE THE FILM SO I CAN REMOVE THE METAL SCREEN? Very disappointed and cannot use the wireless charger.
