I bought two of these, one to connect the Razer Core X eGPU case and one to connect the CalDigit TS3Plus docking station. Both devices support Thunderbolt 3. When I use these cables, both devices turn off intermittently. This is not a driver issue as I have updated all drivers to the latest version and when I used the standard short cable that came with CalDigit my connection was solid. I really wanted to like these cables, but they are not suitable for that. Edit November 22 Apparently the Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon 6th Gen is not compatible with this cable. I've tried a 2m CalDigit cable, which doesn't work either, although the 0.8m Apple Thunderbolt 3 cable works for me. NekTeck promised me a refund and I'm changing my rating from 1 star to 4 stars because of the great customer service.
